HIM Agency is a developmental organization that helps boys and young men build identity, emotional discipline, judgment, leadership, accountability and the personal standard required to carry responsibility when no adult is in the room.
We serve schools, athletes, families, churches and community organizations with development work that reaches beneath visible behavior. The aim is not temporary compliance or image management. It is internal structure—helping a young man think clearly, regulate himself, make responsible decisions and carry his life with greater honor, consistency and purpose.

A practiced standard, not a slogan.
A life anchored beyond pressure and performance.
Responsibility made visible through choices.
What HIM Agency does
HIM Agency exists to help boys and young men build the inner framework required for responsible manhood. The work develops identity, emotional regulation, decision-making, accountability, leadership, communication and the practical discipline needed to function well at school, at home, in relationships, in competition and under pressure.
We work with institutions that want more than a motivational moment. Schools and organizations need a clear entry point, a structured developmental process and language young men can carry beyond the session. HIM Agency combines credible lived perspective with organized implementation, reflection, accountability and measurable follow-through.
The formation gap
Schools, families, teams and communities often meet a young man after a problem has already become visible. The action is corrected, a consequence is applied and everyone hopes the lesson will hold. But behavior can change temporarily while the beliefs, pressures, coping patterns and gaps in judgment beneath it remain unchanged.
HIM Agency works in that gap. Understanding context does not remove accountability; it makes accountability more usable. Young men learn to recognize what is shaping them, examine the meaning they have made from experience, regulate emotion, evaluate influence, take responsibility for choices and build a personal standard they can carry into classrooms, relationships, competition, work and adulthood.
“The goal is not simply better behavior in the room. It is stronger internal structure when the room is gone.”
Where the work lives
HIM Agency gives schools and organizations clear entry points, structured implementation and development work that remains personal enough to reach the young man behind the behavior.

Credibility that was lived
Marvin G. Williams brings the perspective of a father, author, nonprofit executive, life coach, high school basketball coach and founder whose work has centered on human development, responsibility, leadership and personal transformation. HIM Agency joins that lived perspective with the structure, professionalism and accountability required to serve schools and institutions well.
Read the founder storyEvidence without exaggeration
HIM Agency does not rely on invented success percentages or promise instant transformation. Depending on the engagement, progress is documented through attendance and completion, pre/post reflection, facilitator observation, goal follow-through, participant work, staff or caregiver feedback and an end-of-engagement debrief.
The objective is not a polished answer during a session. It is growing evidence that a young man can pause, understand what is happening, regulate his response, make a more responsible choice and repair what his choices have affected.
Begin with the right entry point
